Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WORDUPART ships worldwide whenever possible. Shipping timelines displayed at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for delivery pass to the carrier.

WORDUPART is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carrier delays
  • Customs inspections or processing
  • Weather events
  • Labor disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Circumstances beyond our control

For U.S. shipments, packages are typically delivered through USPS or other designated carriers.

Once a package has been marked as shipped and accepted by the carrier, WORDUPART cannot guarantee delivery timelines and is not liable for lost, delayed, stolen, or misdirected packages.

If your package is lost during transit, customers may be required to submit a claim directly with the shipping carrier. WORDUPART will provide reasonable assistance when possible.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees charged by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

WORDUPART has no control over customs processes or fees and cannot predict what charges, if any, may be applied. Customs policies vary widely by country and are determined solely by the destination country's customs authority.

Failure to pay customs duties or import taxes may result in the package being returned or abandoned. WORDUPART is not responsible for any loss, delay, or additional cost resulting from customs seizure or non-payment of applicable duties.
