RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Many WORDUPART products are produced as limited-edition, made-to-order, or pre-order releases. Due to the collectible nature of these products, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or the incorrect product was received.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Customer preference
  • Delayed shipping caused by carriers
  • Minor manufacturing variations
  • Minor color differences between digital displays and physical products

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We take pride in delivering high-quality products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect
  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

Claims submitted after the 3-day reporting period may not be eligible for review.

Each case will be evaluated individually, and if approved, WORDUPART may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking information shows that a package was delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, building management, or mail facilities.

WORDUPART is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Claims relating to lost or stolen shipments may need to be filed directly with the carrier.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, orders may already be in production, allocated inventory, or scheduled for fulfillment. For this reason, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
